Fairly clean hotel, tasteful rooms, easy location close to tram stations. The rooms with great views, a very comfortable bed, separate wardrobe. Delightful staff as I wanted. Easy check in and top-notch service. Lobby was nice.

There was no water pressure and it was inconvenient.

everything was spotless, its rooms and staff, plus great wi-fi. there was an amazing restaurant, stores and a market next door. it was a fantastic stay, you could leave a car nearby. spacious garden outside.

The room had awful views.

Stayed here before, loved staff and location. The views from my cozy bedroom were overwhelming. Friendliness of hotel staff. Beautiful lobby. The venue was overall clean and the secluded beach set near the property.

We appreciated this OUTSTANDING hotel and its immaculate service and staff. The breakfast had lots of food, like cheese, eggs, tea, coffee and hot waffles. The staff did all they can for an awesome stay. Restaurant in venue was pleasant and the pool area was heated.

Were all helpful. Our bed was extremely comfy. Btw, it's 2 km from city centre. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Yen Sushi that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Our hotel was located near tourist attractions like Aachener Weiher. Within walking distance of Kunstbruder, where you can have lunch. Neustadt-Sued district was worth visiting❤
